"There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it"

The motivation behind M.I.N.C was from our collective experiences working in the healthcare industry, where we went above and beyond our professional duties to help elderly, disabled, pediatric, and post-surgery patients in our community. As professional and personal caregivers, we have spent our entire adult lives sharing our blessings of love with others.

The idea of starting this business came to us during the pandemic when we, like many others, experienced a change in employment status. This affected our families and every household member who continued to work from home or in the office while caring for their loved ones at home. It was then that we realized that there were other families who needed our help, but we could not offer our services to them.

With 23 years of experience in the healthcare and homecare service industry, we were confident that we had the skills and knowledge to help others in need. We looked at the facts and realized that we could assist the most vulnerable individuals in different communities without having caregivers stressed out trying to figure it out on their own.

To make our dream a reality, we founded M.I.N.C to ensure that grandmothers, grandfathers, and disabled individuals could remain at home with their families while receiving the care they need.
